The Dive Rite Back Plate design has been the industry since 1984.Dive Rite Back Plates are perfect for the diver who loves simplicity with a wide range of accessory mounting options. The recently redesigned aluminum and stainless steel back plates

are highly polished with rounded upper corners and include doubles mounting slots that allow easy assembly on doubles without alignment concerns.

The Dive Rite Back Plates incorporate several features including tank cam band slots, doubles mounting slot, and a crotch strap slot. ABS back plate features a 1.0-inch slot allowing only a 1.0-inch crotch strap. Aluminum and stainless steel back plates are both designed with 1.0-inch and 2.0-inch slots to accommodate your choice of crotch strap and come with holes along the sides for mounting accessories.

HARNESS - BACKPLATE - DELUXE

The Deluxe harness incorporates shoulder-strap pivot rings and a chest-strap. This configuration creates a harness with shoulder straps that are parallel over the shoulders and lay flat across the rib cage. This harness configuration reduces the chance of cut-off circulation to the shoulders by allowing the webbing to lay flat across the shoulders and better distribute the weight of the tanks, this also increases comfort. The chest strap insures that the shoulder straps remain properly positioned. Choose one of our optional crotch straps to complete this harness.

HARNESS - BACKPLATE - DLX QUICK RELEASE

This harness includes all of the features of the Deluxe Harness with the addition of a quick-release buckle on one of the shoulder straps. The shoulder quick-release buckle helps divers to more easily doff and don the system.

HARNESS - BACKPLATE - BASIC

This harness includes all of the necessary hardware for technical diving; shoulder and waist D-rings, with no added frills. It is designed for the minimalist diver. The Standard harness is a single continuous piece of webbing. The optional BC1058-2 would properly complete this package.
